OSOROCKS.COM is an idea that has been in my head for a few years now. It is quite simply to create stunning diamonds, jewelry, timepieces and more, the finest the world has to offer, and present them to the deserving public at the best prices, while adhering to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. It's that simple, all the best things are! From the young age of 18 (yes, I worked my way through college) I have been in the diamond and jewelry business, basically in all aspects of it; diamond grading and purchasing, jewelry design and creation, diamond branding, diamond polishing, manufacturing and more. I have been on this journey for over two decades and I must say it has been fun, always changing, definitely challenging, very rewarding. I have successfully created and led large wholesale and manufacturing companies, that have produced thousands of fine diamonds and diamond jewelry. Until now, my focus has been mainly creating diamond jewelry for the finest retail jewelers across the country and overseas. While this has been and continues to be an important part of my life, I have always loved dealing directly with the people who are purchasing and wearing the jewelry I create, namely you. It has always offered me a great deal of satisfaction to work directly with the people who are wearing the jewelry I create. Helping them to navigate the sometimes complex world of diamond buying and to help them focus in on the piece that is just right for them. Everyone has different tastes, budgets, concerns , and desires and I found that I was very good at identifying what works best for each particular customer. I derived huge satisfaction from the ooohhh's and ahhh's once the finished product was presented. I loved, how after all the "business" talk was done, the way the man got very quiet when he held the ring for the first time, opening the box and realizing that, yeah "I am really doing this". It was always special to see how people understood value and beauty. I appreciated all the letters and phone calls I got thanking me for making their special moment easy, affordable, and smooth. The more I thought about it, the more I liked it, and I was really good at it. So I thought, why not do this for real, not just for friends and family, why not open a store... I have always been very into progress, computers that sort of thing, and when I finally decided that I was going to offer my products and know how to the purchasing public, I decided the best way to do so was to create an internet store. It is so efficient in terms of cost (which is important because I am very value focused) and can also reach a huge audience. My challenge was to make it personal, I wanted people to "hear me" when they shop at OSOROCKS.COM. It is for that reason that we write the descriptions with lots of detail, product information, and also my personal insight. I wanted people to have the convenience of shopping online, the price advantage of buying on the web, but I also wanted them to have that same rewarding experience of "sitting" with me and hearing my advise and guidance as they select a piece of jewelry or timepiece that works best for them.
